Crewe Clean Team held its 94th group litter pick on Saturday 15th May at McLaren Park in Crewe.
Jane Whetnall very kindly opened the Hopes and Beams car park for them to use.
In all, 23 volunteers came together (figuratively speaking!) and spread out across the park itself and surrounding streets. Rain fell intermittently but spirits were not dampened and over 20 bags were filled in 90 minutes.
Clean Team member Hazel Faddes brought along two Councillor colleagues, Jill Rhodes and Tess Buckley, who were happy to help.
